Nevada Code § 211.247

Information and assistance in securing reimbursement to be provided

The sheriff of the
county, the administrator of the department of detention of an incorporated
city, a person chosen to administer a city jail or the administrator of an
alternative program shall provide the district attorney of the county or the
city attorney of the incorporated city all information and assistance possible
to enable the district or city attorney to secure reimbursement for the county
or city pursuant to the provisions of NRS
211.241 to 211.249 , inclusive.
