Nevada Code § 211.002

Basic demographics defined

As
used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, basic
demographics includes, without limitation:
1. A prisoners:
(a) Name;
(b) Inmate number;
(c) Age at the time of his or her death; and
(d) Gender;
2. The date of the admission of a prisoner
to a county or city jail;
3. The date of the death of a prisoner;
4. The location of a prisoner at the time
of his or her death; and
5. The probable cause of the death of a
prisoner.
