1. The Director shall arrange for all earnings of an offender assigned to a center to be paid directly from the employer of the offender to the Department. 2. The Department shall: (a) From the wages of an offender who has been paroled: (1) Deduct the amount for housing, transportation, meals and medical and dental services determined under NRS 209.4831 ; and (2) Distribute any remainder to the offender. (b) From the wages of any other offender: (1) Deduct the amount for housing, transportation, meals and medical and dental services determined under NRS 209.4831 ; (2) Distribute any amount required by the schedule of restitution payments; and (3) Deposit any remainder to the offenders account in the Prisoners Personal Property Fund, in that order or priority.
