Nevada Code § 209.254

Department to provide list of persons eligible for parole

At least 40 days before any scheduled action of
the State Board of Parole Commissioners, the Department shall provide to the
Executive Secretary of the Board a list of each person who is eligible for
parole. The list must include, for each offender:
1. The name of the offender;
2. The crime for which the offender was
convicted;
3. The county in which the offender was
sentenced;
4. The date of his or her sentence;
5. The length of his or her sentence,
including the minimum term or the minimum aggregate term, as applicable, and
the maximum term or the maximum aggregate term, as applicable, of imprisonment
or the definite term of imprisonment, if one is imposed;
6. The amount of time the offender
actually served in the state prison;
7. The amount of credit for time
previously served by the offender in a county jail; and
8. The amount of credit allowed to reduce
the sentence of the offender pursuant to this chapter.
