Nevada Code § 209.251

Books and papers kept by Board or Director: Inspection; delivery to successors

All books and
papers kept by or under the direction of the Secretary of the Board or the
Director shall:
1. At all times, on all legal days, be
open to the inspection of the members of the Board, all other state officers,
members of the Legislature, and the sheriffs of the several counties of this
state.
2. At the expiration of their term of
office, be delivered to their successors.
