Nevada Code § 207.325

Unsolicited transmission of advertisement to facsimile machine

1. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 2, a person shall not make or cause to be made an unsolicited
electronic or telephonic transmission to a facsimile machine to solicit a
person to purchase real property, goods or services.
2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not
apply to an unsolicited electronic or telephonic transmission sent to a person
who has a preexisting business relationship with the person who makes or causes
the transmission to be made.
3. Any person who violates the provisions
of subsection 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor.
4. As used in this section, facsimile
machine means a device which receives and copies a reproduction or facsimile
of a document or photograph which is transmitted electronically or
telephonically by telecommunications lines.
