Nevada Code § 207.165

Telephone directory must contain warning notice of offense provided in NRS 207.163

1. It is unlawful for a person, firm or
corporation providing telephone service to distribute or cause to be
distributed in this State copies of any telephone directory if such directory
fails to contain the notice required by this section.
2. Every telephone directory published and
distributed after September 1, 1973, in this State which lists the telephone
numbers of any telephone exchange located in this State shall contain a notice
of the offense provided in NRS 207.163 ,
as follows:
(a) The notice shall be printed in type which is
at least as large as other type on the page; and
(b) The notice shall be preceded by the word
warning printed in type which is at least as large as other type on the page,
except that
telephone directories distributed solely for business purposes, commonly known
as classified directories, need not contain such notice.
