As used in NRS 207.163 : 1. Emergency call means a situation in which property or human life is in jeopardy and the prompt summoning of aid is essential. 2. Public telephone means a telephone which is made available to the public upon the deposit of a coin, currency or other monetary instrument or through the use of a calling card, credit card or debit card.
