Issue of negotiable warehouse receipt not stating fact of warehousemans ownership

A warehouseman, or any
officer, agent or servant of a warehouseman, in possession of goods which he or
she owns in part, wholly or jointly, who issues a negotiable warehouse receipt
therefor, without noting such ownership on the receipt, is guilty of a gross
misdemeanor.
