Presumption of authority of employee

An
employee is presumed to have the authority to access and use:
1. A computer, system or network owned or
operated by his or her employer; and
2. Any supporting document to and any
data, information, image, program, signal or sound contained in such a
computer, system or network,
unless the
presumption is overcome by clear and convincing evidence to the contrary.
