Nevada Code § 205.350

Removal or sale of property to defraud creditors

If any debtor shall fraudulently remove his or
her property or effects out of this state, or shall fraudulently sell, convey
or assign, or conceal his or her property or effects, with intent to defraud,
hinder or delay his or her creditors of their just rights, claims or demands, the
debtor is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
