A person who violates any provision of NRS 205.27415 or 205.27417 is guilty of: 1. If the violation involves one used catalytic converter, a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 . 2. If the violation involves 2 or more, but less than 10, used catalytic converters, a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 . 3. If the violation involves 10 or more used catalytic converters, a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 .
