Nevada Code § 203.100

Offenses in public conveyances

Every
person who shall willfully use profane, offensive or indecent language or
engage in any quarrel in any public conveyance, or interfere with or annoy any
passenger therein, or having refused to pay the proper fare shall fail to leave
any such conveyance upon demand, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
