Biological agent defined

Biological
agent means any microorganism, virus, infectious substance or other biological
substance, material or product, or any component or compound thereof, which is
naturally occurring, cultivated, engineered, processed, extracted or
manufactured and which is capable of causing:
1. Death or substantial bodily harm;
2. Substantial deterioration or
contamination of food, water, equipment, supplies or material of any kind; or
3. Substantial damage to natural resources
or the environment.
