Temporary permits

1. The provisions of NRS 202.3653 to 202.369 , inclusive, do not prohibit a
sheriff from issuing a temporary permit. A temporary permit may include, but is
not limited to, provisions specifying the period for which the permit is valid.
2. Each sheriff who issues a permit
pursuant to the provisions of NRS 202.3653 to 202.369 , inclusive, shall provide
such information concerning the permit and the person to whom it is issued to
the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History.
