Each firearm owned, possessed or under custody or control of person constitutes separate violation

1. For purposes of prosecuting a violation
of NRS 202.360 , each firearm owned,
possessed or under the custody or control of a person constitutes a separate
violation.
2. As used in this section, firearm
includes any firearm that is loaded or unloaded and operable or inoperable.
