Willfully poisoning or adulterating food, water or medicine

A person who willfully mingles poison or any
other harmful substance, including, but not limited to, glass or a razor blade,
in any food, drink or medicine intended or prepared for the use of a human
being, and a person who willfully poisons any spring, well or reservoir of
water, is guilty of a category B felony and shall be punished by imprisonment
in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 2 years and a maximum
term of not more than 15 years, or by a fine of not more than $10,000, or by
both fine and imprisonment.
