1. The Supreme Court may appoint a Librarian, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court. 2. The Supreme Court Law Librarian, with the approval of the Supreme Court, may, within the limits of legislative appropriations, employ such personnel as the execution of the Librarians duties and the maintenance and operation of the Library may require. 3. All of the personnel of the Supreme Court Law Library are exempt from the provisions of chapter 284 of NRS, and are entitled to such leaves of absence as the Supreme Court prescribes.
