1. Immediately upon a case being submitted to the Supreme Court it shall be assigned to one member of the Court for the preparation of an opinion. 2. All opinions and decisions rendered by the Supreme Court shall be in writing, signed by the justices concurring therein, and shall be spread at large on the records of the Court kept for that purpose.
