Bribery of judicial officer

A
person who gives, offers or promises, directly or indirectly, any compensation,
gratuity or reward to a judicial officer, juror, referee, arbitrator,
appraiser, assessor or other person authorized by law to hear or determine any
question, matter, cause, proceeding or controversy, with the intent to
influence his or her action, vote, opinion or decision thereupon, is guilty of
a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130 .
