Intent to defraud

Whenever
an intent to defraud:
1. Shall be made an element of an offense,
it shall be sufficient if an intent appears to defraud any person, association
or body politic or corporation, whatever.
2. Constitutes a part of a crime, it is
not necessary to aver or prove an intent to defraud any particular person.
