Indigent defense services defined

Indigent
defense services means the provision of legal representation to:
1. An indigent person who is charged with
a public offense; or
2. An indigent child who is:
(a) Alleged to be delinquent; or
(b) In need of supervision pursuant to title 5 of
NRS.
