Nevada Code § 179.1227

Order of forfeiture; order to protect interests of State

1. Upon a verdict of guilty or a plea of
guilty to a technological crime, the court may order the forfeiture of the
appropriate property.
2. Upon entry of such an order, the court
may:
(a) Enter a restraining order or injunction;
(b) Require the execution of a satisfactory bond;
(c) Appoint a receiver; or
(d) Take any other necessary action,
to protect
the interests of the State.
