1. A defendant who agrees to enter a plea of guilty to a technological crime may agree to the forfeiture of any property as part of the agreement. 2. If the court accepts the plea of guilty, the court shall order the forfeiture of the property that the defendant agreed to forfeit pursuant to subsection 1.
