No-knock warrant means a search warrant which authorizes a peace officer to enter a premises without first: 1. Knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell and identifying the presence of the peace officer; or 2. Identifying the presence of the peace officer and stating the intended purpose of the peace officer for entering the premises.
