Request for notification of execution of death penalty; request to attend

1. If after a conviction for murder a
judgment of death has been pronounced, each member of the immediate family of
the victim who is 21 years of age or older may submit a written request to the
Director to be informed of the time, date and place scheduled for the execution
of the sentence of death. The request for notification may be accompanied by a
written request to attend or nominate a representative to attend the execution.
2. As used in this section, immediate
family means persons who are related by blood, adoption or marriage, within
the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
