Publication of fact that no indictment was issued by grand jury

After a grand jury investigation is concluded:
1. A person who was the subject of the
investigation but against whom an indictment was not returned; or
2. A district attorney, with the
permission of that person,
may make
public the fact that no indictment was issued as a result of the grand jurys
investigation.
