Nevada Code § 169.151

Prohibited offense defined

1. Prohibited offense means:
(a) A violation of a temporary order for
protection;
(b) A violation of NRS 200.575 ;
(c) A crime of violence;
(d) A violation of NRS 483.490 ; or
(e) A violation of NRS 483.560 .
2. As used in this section, temporary
order for protection means an order for protection which may be issued by a
court without affording the adverse party notice and an opportunity to be
heard.
