The custodian shall transfer in an appropriate manner the custodial property to the minor or to the minors estate upon the earlier of: 1. The minors attainment of 18 years of age with respect to custodial property transferred under NRS 167.023 , 167.025 , 167.027 or 167.029 , or the age provided for under NRS 167.034 , whichever is later; or 2. The minors death.
