1. A custodian is entitled to reimbursement from the custodial property for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of the custodians duties. 2. Unless a custodian is a transferor under NRS 167.023 , the custodian may elect to receive from the custodial property during each calendar year reasonable compensation for the custodians services performed during that year. 3. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a custodian need not give a bond for the performance of his or her duties.
