1. Provision for the beneficiary will be for the support, education, maintenance and benefit of the beneficiary alone, and without reference to or limitation by the beneficiarys needs, station in life, or mode of life, or the needs of any other person, whether dependent upon the beneficiary or not. 2. The existence of a spendthrift trust does not depend on the character, capacity, incapacity, competency or incompetency of the beneficiary.
