Open in Lexace · Ask the AI about this section
This chapter does not abridge the power of any
court of competent jurisdiction to require testamentary or nontestamentary
trustees to file an inventory, to account, to exhibit the trust property, or to
give beneficiaries information or the privilege of inspection of trust records
and papers, at times other than those prescribed in this chapter, or abridge
the power of the court for cause shown to excuse a trustee from performing any
or all of the duties imposed on the trustee by this chapter. This chapter does
not preclude the trustee from accounting voluntarily even if he or she is not
required to do so by this chapter or by court order.
