Petitions: Notice and hearing

Except
as otherwise provided in NRS 164.033 ,
the clerk shall set a petition authorized by this chapter for hearing, and the
petitioner shall give notice to all interested persons for the period and in
the manner provided in NRS 155.010 . The
notice must state the filing of the petition, the object and the time of the
hearing. For the purposes of this section, interested person means a settlor,
trustee, beneficiary or any other person to whom the court directs that notice
be given.
