Fiduciary defined

Fiduciary
means a trustee or custodian under any instrument, or an executor,
administrator or personal representative of a decedents estate or any other
person, including an investment trust adviser, trust protector or a trust
committee which is acting in a fiduciary capacity for any person, trust or
estate.
