Bond; reports; powers

1. The court shall have full discretionary
authority to appoint any suitable person as conservator and may require a
conservator to post an adequate surety bond and to make such reports as the
court may deem necessary.
2. The conservator shall have the same
powers and authority as the guardian of the property of an infant or person
adjudicated incompetent and shall be considered as an officer or arm of the
court.
