Nevada Code § 159.1667

Petition for confirmation of proceedings concerning agreement: When required; notice; hearing

1. If the purchaser or option holder
complies with the terms of an agreement approved by the court pursuant to NRS 159.1657 and has made all payments
according to the terms of the agreement, the guardian shall:
(a) Make a return to the court of the
proceedings; and
(b) Petition the court for confirmation of the
proceedings.
2. Notice must be given to the purchaser
or option holder regarding the petition for confirmation.
3. The court:
(a) Shall hold a hearing regarding the petition
for confirmation; and
(b) May order or deny confirmation of the
proceedings and execution of the conveyances in the same manner and with the
same effect as when the court orders or denies a confirmation of a sale of real
property.
