Bond and actions required upon court order to enter into agreement

1. If the court orders the guardian to
enter into the agreement pursuant to NRS
159.1657 , the court shall order the guardian to provide an additional bond
and specify the amount of the bond in the court order.
2. The guardian is not entitled to receive
any of the proceeds from the agreement until the guardian provides the bond and
the court approves the bond.
3. When the court order is entered, the
guardian shall execute, acknowledge and deliver an agreement which:
(a) Contains the conditions specified in the
court order;
(b) States that the agreement or option is approved
by court order; and
(c) Provides the date of the court order.
