Nevada Code § 159.1653

Petition to enter into agreement; setting date of hearing; notice

1. To enter into an agreement to sell or
to give an option to purchase a mining claim or real property worked as a mine
which belongs to the estate of the protected person, the guardian or an
interested person shall file a petition with the court that:
(a) Describes the property or claim;
(b) States the terms and general conditions of
the agreement;
(c) Shows any advantage that may accrue to the
estate of the protected person from entering into the agreement; and
(d) Requests confirmation by the court of the
agreement.
2. The court shall set the date of the
hearing on the petition.
3. The petitioner shall give notice in the
manner provided in NRS 159.034 .
