Nevada Code § 159.152

Sale of security of protected person by guardian

A guardian may sell any security of the
protected person if:
1. The guardian petitions the court for
confirmation of the sale;
2. The clerk sets the date of the hearing;
3. The guardian gives notice in the manner
required pursuant to NRS 159.034 unless,
for good cause shown, the court shortens the period within which notice must be
given or dispenses with notice; and
4. The court confirms the sale.
