Nevada Code § 159.1415

Presentation of offer to purchase real property to court for confirmation; division of commission for sale of such property

1. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 10 of NRS 159.146 , if a
contract of sale to purchase real property of a guardianship estate is
presented to the court for confirmation:
(a) Other persons may submit higher bids in open
court; and
(b) The court may confirm the highest bid.
2. Upon confirmation of a sale of real
property by the court, the commission for the sale must be divided between the
listing agent or broker and the agent or broker who secured the purchaser to
whom the sale was confirmed, if any, in accordance with the contract with the
listing agent or broker.
