Property of protected person subject to sale

1. Any interest of a protected person in
real or personal property, including interests in contracts and choses in
action, may be sold pursuant to this chapter.
2. The interest of a protected person in a
partnership or limited-liability company may be sold as personal property, and
another partner or member may be the purchaser.
