Nevada Code § 159.115

Notice of hearing of petition or account

1. Except as otherwise ordered by the
court, upon the filing of any petition under NRS
159.078 or 159.113 , or any account,
notice must be given to the protected person and the persons specified in NRS 159.034 in the manner prescribed by
that section.
2. The notice must:
(a) Give the name of the protected person.
(b) Give the name of the petitioner.
(c) Give the date, time and place of the hearing.
(d) State the nature of the petition.
(e) Refer to the petition for further
particulars, and notify all persons interested to appear at the time and place
mentioned in the notice and show cause why the court order should not be made.
