1. A guardian of the estate may pay from the guardianship estate the following claims without complying with the provisions of this section and NRS 159.107 and 159.109 : (a) The guardians claims against the protected person or the estate; and (b) Any claims accruing after the appointment of the guardian which arise from contracts entered into by the guardian on behalf of the protected person. 2. The guardian shall report all claims and the payment of claims made pursuant to subsection 1 in the account that the guardian makes and files in the guardianship proceeding following each payment.
