When a guardian has taken the official oath and filed a bond as provided in this chapter, the court shall order letters of guardianship to issue to the guardian. (name of guardian) ...........................(guardian of the person or estate or person and estate or special guardian) for ........................ (guardian of the person or estate or person and estate or special guardian) for the named protected person as provided by law.
