Limitation of actions

claims against the estate of a missing person, or against the personal
representative of the estate or any surety or distributee may be brought by any
person, including the missing person and persons claiming under him or her,
after the expiration of 5 years from the date of disappearance as determined in
the manner provided in NRS 156.160 .
