Issues of fact and questions of costs

1. All issues of fact in matters of an
estate must be disposed of in the same manner as is by law provided upon the
trial of issues of fact in a common-law action, but all matters must be tried
by the court except as otherwise provided in NRS
137.020 .
2. All questions of cost may be determined
by the court, and execution may issue therefor in accordance with the order of
the court.
