Transcripts of minutes or copies of order and certificate of clerk have same force as letters

1. A transcript from the minutes of court,
or a copy of the signed order of the court, showing the appointment of any
person as personal representative, together with the certificate of the clerk
that the person has given bond, if required, and has been qualified, and that
letters have been issued to him or her, and have not been revoked, has the same
effect in evidence as the letters themselves.
2. A copy of the letters, with like
certificate, has the same effect.
