Dependent adult defined

Dependent
adult means a person who at the time of executing a transfer instrument
pursuant to this chapter is 18 years of age or older and:
1. Is unable, without assistance, to
provide properly for his or her personal needs for physical health, food,
clothing or shelter; or
2. Has difficulty managing his or her own
financial resources without assistance or resisting fraud or undue influence.
