Clerk may give notices and certain citations without court order

All notices required to be
given by this title may be given by the clerk of the court without an order
from the court, and, when so given, for the time and in the manner required by
law, they are as legal and valid as though made upon an order from the court.
If use of a citation is authorized or required by statute, the citation may be
issued by the clerk of the court on the request of a party or the partys
attorney, without a court order, unless an order is expressly required by the
statute.
