1. If there are two or more attorneys for a personal representative, the compensation must be apportioned among the attorneys by the court according to the services actually rendered by each attorney unless otherwise provided in an agreement by the attorneys. 2. If there are two or more personal representatives and the personal representatives have separate legal representation, each attorney for each personal representative is entitled to have the compensation for attorneys apportioned among the attorneys by the court according to the services actually rendered by each attorney unless otherwise provided in an agreement by the attorneys.
